Verbs of Motion with the prefixes “с-” – “раз-” (“рас-”) và the postfix “-ся”

Tiền tốс- và the postfix -ся denote the process of different subjects hoặc objects approaching one place hoặc goal when used with a verb in the plural. Verbs with the prefix с- và the postfix -ся trả lời các câu hỏi Куда? К кому? (Where? To whom?).
- Птицы слетались к острову.
- The birds fre flocking to the island.

Verbs of motion with prefixes have one peculiarity: the Thì hiện tại usually requires a verb from the “ходить” group, mộts they show that the action is taking place right now. Verbs from the “идти” group are used in the Thì quá khứ to show a hoàn thành action hoặc in the Thì tương lai to indicate a potential result.

Tiền tốраз- (рас-) denotes the process of subjects hoặc objects going far away from one person hoặc object when used with a verb in the plural. Verbs with the prefix раз- (рас-) trả lời các câu hỏi Откуда? От кого?—Куда? (From where? From whom—where?)
- Птицы разлетелись от острова.
- The birds are flying away from the island.
- Гости разъехались
из гостей по домам
уже за полночь. - The guests went back to của họ
